New Rurouni Kenshin anime to be two-part OVA

Rurouni Kenshin live-action movie rumour
Several unnamed sources report that a live-action Rurouni Kenshin movie is “in production” with Takeru Sato (Mei-chan no Shitsuji, Kamen Rider Den-O) playing the lead role of Kenshin Himura.

Thoughts: Rurouni Kenshin was one of the first few animes I watched and still remains one of my favourites. If the rumour is true, its going to be pretty cool watching a live-action version of it. Great to see Takeru Sato’s career on the rise as well, with the Kenshin role coming straight after playing Koyuki in Beck.
